I am writing on behalf of our entire AmBrit Properties, LLC family to assure you that the health, wellness and safety of our tenants, employees and communities is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring public advisories and updates and have taken steps to prepare for the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our thoughts are with all those who have been affected by the virus. We recognize the personal impact and uncertainty this situation may have on our tenants.

We believe it is important for us to let our customers know about our planning and preparedness. In light of the growing concern with the spread of the COVID-19, we have activated our company-wide Pandemic Response Plan, which includes:

  • Following the guidance and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local government and health authorities and relevant industry agencies.
  • Identifying critical functions to minimize maintenance request interruptions.
  • Identifying key employees to keep critical functions operating.
  • Reducing non-essential travel.

Our Pandemic Response Plan also ensures that critical and emergency maintenance requests be resolved as quickly as possible. If you or a loved one feel any symptoms and are expecting work to be done on the inside of your property, please call management as this may impact the timeliness of the work being completed. Additionally, if you should find yourself in financial hardship, please reach out to the management and we will work to validate and consider options on a case by case basis.

We appreciate the opportunity to share this information with you as we address the challenges ahead and appreciate your confidence and trust in our actions during this unique time.

Please review the resources below in case any may be of help to you.
